Questions, answered honestly.
The things people usually want to know before getting in touch. If yours isn't here, just ask, we'll give you a straight answer.
What does Guardians Digital actually do?
We're a marketing and growth agency. We create content, campaigns and digital systems, photography and video, social media, paid ads, websites and email, that help businesses get noticed, trusted and chosen.
Who do you work with?
Businesses that have something worth showing and are serious about growth. We work across clothing, fitness, hospitality, care, trades, e-commerce, sports and professional services, and we're happy to talk to anyone who takes their business seriously.
Where are you based?
We're based in Swindon, Wiltshire, and we work with businesses across the UK, both remotely and on location.
Are you really part of The Guardians Group?
Yes. Being part of the wider group means you get the reliability of a bigger team with the attention of a small one.
How much do you charge?
It depends on what you need. As a guide: content from around £850, websites from £1,500, social management from £650 a month, and ads from £750 a month plus spend. You'll always get a clear, fixed quote before we start.
Do you tie me into a long contract?
No long lock-ins on our monthly work. We'd rather keep earning your business each month than trap you in a year-long deal.
Can you work to my budget?
Yes. Tell us what you've got and we'll be honest about what's realistic and where it's best spent, even if that's not the most expensive option.
What happens on a strategy call?
We have a quick, honest chat about your business, tell you what would actually make a difference, and if we're a good fit, map out a clear plan and price. No pressure, no jargon.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a week or two of agreeing the plan. Some work, like ads or landing pages, can move faster.
Will I get to approve everything?
Always. You sign off content and plans before anything goes live, so there are no surprises.
Do I own the content you create?
Yes. You get full usage rights to use your content however and wherever you like.
Still got a question?
Ask us directly. We'll give you an honest answer, even if it's not the one that wins us the work.
